Steve came out after I had a buyer home inspection and he went in to detail about everything needing fixing and options. He also verified all the write ups from the home inspection and found that some of the write ups were not valid and took videos to prove it to the buyer. A genuine guy and great All around Maintainer like the name says!

Great service! I called on Weds to see about getting a quote for hanging a huge storage rack in the garage and fixing a dryer duct. Steve was able to send two people the next day. It turns out the dryer duct was fine so I gave them another small job to go with hanging the storage rack.

These guys were awesome. I originally called Steve to help us re-install cabinets, but he ended up helping with a lot more in our kitchen He stopped over many times, worked around wonky schedules –highly responsive; he’s an all around great guy, and a perfect option for those jobs that need creativity with no short cuts. These guys really do a great job.

I had a front door with transome and side lights replaced. I was in contact with Steve and he was very good about getting back to me answer questions about the door. They were able to complete the job in two days. So happy with my new door!
